Brittany Watts is a NASM certified Personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach. Brittany was introduced to the importance of physical activity early in life as a dancer. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, modern and African dance. In high school she was A track and field athlete as a sprinter and high jumper. She graduated from NYU with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in French.
I help single women build confidence and increase their quality of life! I offer strength training, weight loss, HIIT, gym workouts, and at home works. Doing this online allows me to connect, build community, and share our stories together. Over the last 7+ years I've created my own system of helping women become their best selves. We will achieve this together.
